Return requests for orders exceeding this 30-day period will not be accepted (except in cases involving product quality issues).

The item must include its original packaging, tags, and accessories.
The item must be in a condition suitable for resale.
Returns may be declined under the following circumstances:
Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
Items showing signs of wear or soiling due to personal use.
Orders for which the return window has expired.
III. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of certain products and for hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are generally ineligible for return (unless they have quality defects):
Opened pet food or treats.
Pet grooming and cleaning supplies (if they have been used).

VI. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to product quality issues or an error on our part (e.g., shipping the wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., you simply do not like the item or it does not fit), the return shipping costs must be borne by the buyer.
Original shipping fees (if applicable) are generally non-refundable.
VII. Refund Processing
We will process your refund within 3–7 business days after receiving the returned item(s) and completing our inspection.
Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
The actual time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution; this typically takes 5–10 business days.
VIII. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or style), please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the item you desire. We currently do not offer direct exchange services.

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund prior to shipment.
